Rare Vintage Dunhill Sylph Ruler Gold Filled Lighter

The Rare Dunhill Sylph Ruler with original fabric cover was manufactured between 1954 and 1959 in England. In 1955 the name of the lighter changed to 'Sylph Rulerlite'. This lighter is in the shape of a ruler which is marked both with centimeters and inches. The lighter measures 6 1/2" in length. The lighter is in very good condition, and weighs 1 3/4 oz.. Awesome original vintage St Dupont lighter, i know nothing of these, so unsure whether its a Line 1 or Line 2, definately no leaks as ive had it for approx a year and its still got the little bit of gas in it it had when i got it, nice used condition, lights everytime,(see pics for condition) a lovely lovely lighter but being a heathen i personally still prefer my vintage zippo which this was intended to replace. would be good to see it appreciated. the hinges are spot on and opens with the distinctive "chink", happy bidding It is initialled "J M" on front of lid AL6431 is the number on the base. width 35mm x 47 high (approx) no overseas bids please
